Our History
Terminal Trade Company was founded in 1996 by Mehmet Kaya in Bakırköy, Istanbul to operate in the IT and Media sector.
Since 1996, national and international solution partnerships have been realized in the software, IT, media, advertising and mining sectors. In August 2023, all companies were merged under the roof of Kayıoğlu Holding.
Kayıoğlu Holding, which includes 14 group companies, responds to the needs of the sector with its wide range of products and services.
Our Vision
Our vision is to establish long-term trust relationships and participate in global competition by adding value to the national economy, particularly in the Media sector, as well as in Software, IT, Energy, Construction, Logistics, and Mining sectors, and to provide services that meet world standards.
